GDBA in collaboration with the Department of Business, Management and Accounting (DBMA), University of Maryland Eastern Shore and Department of Computer Science , Bowie State University will hold 2010 Annual Conference DURING OCTOBER 14-16, 2010 AT FOUR POINTS BY SHERATON, NEW CARROLLTON, MARYLAND, USA. The conference will provide an opportunity for participants from business, government and academia to share and discuss their ideas to efficiently bring improved processes and products to the market.

The theme of this conference is Bridging Knowledge and Digital Divide. This conference will also focus on the conceptual and empirical studies in the digital business management and related areas. Papers dealing with the national and international level of digital business strategies including, but not limited to the following areas

Panels and symposia that highlight emerging theories, cutting-edge research or best corporate practices are also sought. Special consideration will be give to papers, abstracts and symposia proposals that facilitate exchange between scholars and practitioners.

Even though papers in all areas of business are invited and would be accepted on their merit, papers dealing with policy issues and those that generate discussion among policy makers and practitioners are encouraged.

Early submission of paper ideas is encouraged. Thus, if you are interested in participating in the conference and do not have the paper ready, we encourage you to send e-mails with abstracts.

Paper/Abstract Submission: To submit a proposal, provide a complete paper or an abstract with at least 250 words with the title of the paper, name(s), addresses, telephone numbers and email address to submit@gdba.us.

Registration and Hotel Room Reservation: Authors of accepted papers or paper proposals will be required to register by AUGUST 30, 2009. The registration fee for each participant is $250 if paid by September 15, 2010 and $300 thereafter. The registration fee for undergraduate students and retired faculty members will be $100. Please submit the registration form along with the payment.
